Anchoy herring ice cream
Whisk 3 dl cream, thickly.
Chop 3 anchovy flavoured herring fillets finely.
Chop half a leek finely
Mix all ingredients and pour into a clean form and put into the freeser.
Before you serve garnish with dill, lumpfish caviar and egg or even a piece of grav lax (salmon).
