Creamy Crayfish Soup


400 g Kavli Softspread Cheese with Crayfish or Fjällbrynt Mjukost Hummer/Krabb

1 cup sour crème

3-4 carrots

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1 litre chicken stock


Peel and grate the carrots. Brown them in butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle with flour and add the chicken stock. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the softspread cheese and sour crème. Let it boil again. Add Salt and pepper. Garnish with your choice of crab sticks, shrimps or crayfish. Serve with bread.
