The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
There is no need to login to make an order. Just make an order and enter your details during check out. The login screen is there as a service for you, as once you are a member you do not have to enter your details again.
Note that all prices on swenztaste website are GST Inclusive and in New Zealand Dollars.
Credit Card
We use WindCave Internet Payment Solution to process credit card payments. WindCave is a secure online credit card payment solution. It is secure and easy to use.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Online Banking
Online Banking is a safe and easy way to process your payment. Please choose the online banking option and we will send you our bank details via email.
Deposit your payment and supply the Order reference number as your reference. We should be able to see you payment within a day or two. As soon as we have received your payment we will process your order and send you a confirmation email.
We are currently operating under reduced hours and will only send parcels on Monday mornings.
Any order placed Monday to Sunday before 12 Midday will be sent the following Monday.
We are no longer able to offer the Click and Collect Option
You retain the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch and obtain a refund.
A full refund will be provided to any goods, returned to us, unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
SweNZ Taste uses PBT Couriers or NZ Post to deliver our orders.
Delivery time within North Island is 24 hours, delivery time to South Island is 48 hours. Rural delivery may add additional 24 hours to the delivery time.

Upon delivery, if you are not home please make sure to leave instructions for the Courier where to leave your parcel.
We are doing our best to keep freight cost as low as possible. If you are unsure which delivery option you may choose, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Packaging fee
All orders, except the goodie bag options, will incur a $2.00 packaging and handling fee which is included in the shipping price.
Pickup
This option is no longer available.
Wellington Area (including Kapiti) - delivery
For Wellington orders we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $6.50 using PBT Couriers
North Island - delivery
For North Island Delivery we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $9.50 using PBT Couriers
You also have the option of using NZPost which is charged based on weight rather than flat fee.
South Island - delivery
For South Island Delivery we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $11.50 using PBT Couriers.
You also have the option of using NZPost which is charged based on weight rather than flat fee.
Rural - delivery
Rural delivery is an additional $5.
PO Box - delivery
We use NZ post for PO Box deliveries, which is based on weight of parcel rather than a flat fee.
International
We have included countries to where we send frequently. If you can't find what you are looking for please ask for a quote.
