The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
There is no need to login to make an order. Just make an order and enter your details during check out. The login screen is there as a service for you, as once you are a member you do not have to enter your details again.
We use SWIPEHQ Internet Payment Solution to process credit card payments. SWIPEHQ is a secure online credit card payment solution developed by Optimizer HQ. It is secure and easy to use.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Online Banking is a safe and easy way to process your payment. Please choose the online banking option and we will send you our bank details via email.
Deposit your payment and supply the Order reference number as your reference. We should be able to see you payment within a day or two. As soon as we have received your payment we will process your order and send you a confirmation email.
If ordering some our chilled products that needs to be refrigerated as soon as possible upon delivery, you may prefer delivery to your workplace.
Please note that our chilled products are perishable items and we cannot take responsibility for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or postcode being given, or where recipients are away. Please note that regrettably we also cannot be held accountable for goods that have been left in warm places or out of refrigeration for more than 4 hours after arrival, especially during the Summer months. We recommend that you leave a chiller bin outside if you are unable to be home upon delivery.
All refrigerated food will be packaged with chiller pads to ensure the food stays cold during delivery.
You retain the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch and obtain a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. Should this occur, please email us within three days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for and exchange of your items.
We sometimes sell products past their Best Before Date for a discounted price. We do our best to highlight the BBF date on these items. For more information please see the following information page: Best Before Dates. We are unable to accept retuns of these items and no refund will be given.
Non perishable items
A full refund will be provided to any goods, returned to us, unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
SweNZ Taste uses PBT Couriers or Fastway Couriers to deliver most orders excluding PO Box orders for which we use NZ Post. As we deal with perishable items, we only ship Monday to Wednesday to ensure the food is not in transit for too long. All refrigerated food will be packaged with chiller pads to ensure the food stays cold during delivery.
Delivery time within North Island is 24 hours, delivery time to South Island is 48 hours. Rural delivery may add additional 24 hours to the delivery time.
We endeavour to process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
Upon delivery, if you are not home please make sure to leave a chilly bin out and instructions for the Courier where to leave your parcel.
We are doing our best to keep freight cost as low as possible. If you are unsure which delivery option you may choose, please don't hesitate to contact us.
All orders, except the goodie bag options, will incur a $2.00 packaging and handling fee which is included in the shipping price.
If you make an order consisting of Candy only, which doesn't require chiller pads or a box, we can offer a great shipping fee New Zealand wide. These items will be couriered to you in a satchel bag. Goodie bags do not incur the $2.00 packaging fee.
If you are in the Wellington Area, you may choose to pick up your goods from our home in Island bay. Please choose "I intend to pick up" as your delivery area and you will not be charged for the freight. We still need you to pay for the goods via the checkout process. Once we have received your payment and packed your order we will send you an email to discuss time for pickup. Unfortunately we are unable to take cash on pickup.
Wellington Area (including Kapiti) - delivery
For Wellington orders we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $5.
North Island - delivery
For North Island Delivery we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $8
South Island - delivery
For South Island Delivery we charge a flat fee (including packaging) of $10
Rural - delivery
There is no additional charge for rural addresses

We use NZ post for PO Box deliveries, which is based on weight of parcel rather than a flat fee.
